STARS International University® recognizes the importance of providing employees with opportunities for professional development and training, both for their personal growth and for the benefit of the university.

Employees are supported in obtaining the necessary training to perform their job duties at STARS International University® through internal training sessions and, when necessary, participation in external events.

All employees are also encouraged to seek additional opportunities for their own academic development. STARS International University® facilitates this by informing employees of any training events that may be beneficial for their growth, allowing attendance at such events, and providing the necessary learning resources.

In accordance with international quality management system standards (ISO 9001:2015), applied and certified within the group of educational organizations, including STARS International University®, we guarantee the implementation of all necessary procedures, such as: observation of faculty/analysis of their work, regular internal audits, student feedback, anonymous customer suggestions and complaints, and others.

Employees involved in the assessment process must undergo training and several trial internal examinations to ensure a thorough understanding of all procedures. Additionally, pedagogical councils are regularly held to familiarize staff with any changes made to examination/assessment procedures.

Access to Training Process:

All university employees undergo an introductory training and then regular refresher courses. They also have access to webinars and seminars held on campus, as well as the opportunity to participate in conferences, round tables, business trips, exchange programs, and more.
