As part of the memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Public Education and the School Development Foundation at "STARS International University," activities have commenced to implement the British National School Program for Computer Literacy and Information Technologies (DIGI). This international program will enable the high-quality realization of the country's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's project - "1 Million Programmers."
The comprehensive curriculum for primary and secondary education (Digi), presented by the School Development Foundation at "STARS International University," will allow schools in the Republic of Uzbekistan to effortlessly provide students with IT knowledge and skills from grades 1 to 11.
The uniqueness of this program lies in the fact that upon graduation, students will receive a British IT specialization certificate, along with TOEFL and SAT international certificates, in addition to their state diploma.
The School Development Foundation provides all students and teachers from grades 1 to 11 with all necessary accredited learning materials from the "Republican Education Center under the Ministry of Public Education" free of charge.
The British National School Program for Computer Literacy and Information Technologies (DIGI) is successfully implemented not only in the UK but also in countries such as China, Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and others.
