Plov: Bringing Hearts Together and Creating Lifelong Memories!

A truly magical event took place at the STARS University student dormitory — we were cooking plov for all our brothers!

A huge kazan, sparks of merrily dancing fire, the aroma of cumin and barberry that enveloped the entire campus!

It was an atmosphere filled with warmth, laughter, and true brotherhood.

A moment that will remain in memory forever!

While the chef was conjuring up the zirvak, students prepared the ingredients together:

 • Some were slicing carrots, sharing stories from childhood.

 • Some were arranging spices, adding a piece of their soul to every pinch.

 • And some were already smiling in anticipation, imagining the taste of the first bite.

Unity without borders!

Students from over 25 universities gathered together, coming from all corners of Uzbekistan:

 • From Nukus to Andijan, from Bukhara to Fergana!

Here, under one roof, they became one family.

This is not just plov — it is a symbol of brotherhood, traditions, and solidarity!

In every grain of rice — a piece of the Uzbek soul, in every spoonful — the taste of true friendship!
