ACCA Global Accreditation and State License in Recognition of STARS University's Quality of Education and Student Support

Alongside state licensing for the educational service of providing the ACCA DipIFR international qualification (ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards), STARS International University has acquired the status of an accredited learning partner of ACCA – the global Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of Great Britain.

Guided by Resolution No. PP-4611 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 24, 2020, specialists from the corporate sector, including employees of the State Tax Committee, representatives of banks, audit firms, and large local enterprises, as well as employees of the financial departments of Uzbekistan Railways, have successfully undergone ACCA qualifications training within our educational holding, including DipIFR in Uzbek and Russian languages.

In accordance with the aforementioned resolution and the approved timelines for the transition of large corporate taxpayers across the republic to international financial reporting standards, there is still much to be done. STARS International University is preparing to participate in government tenders for corporate sector training, as well as to announce the next intake for the DipIFR qualification in Uzbek, Russian, and English languages among private sector representatives, with subsequent preparation for the examination session in December 2023.
