Two Universities, One Mission, Leading to Great Changes

An event has taken place in Kokand that is already becoming part of the new history of higher education in Uzbekistan.

Bahram Gurbanov, Rector of STARS International University, and Dilnoza Khodjaeva, Rector of Kokand State University, have joined forces for a unique educational project, unprecedented in the country.
