STARS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY provides specialties accredited by foreign international universities and organizations. For instance, graduates with a degree in Accounting & Audit, along with a State Bachelor's degree from STARS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, will also be awarded with three British diplomas: first diploma from a UK Awarding Body – NCC Education, regulated by the British government; second diploma from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants); third diploma from Oxford Brookes University, one of the top 50 universities in the UK. All students will be employed in relevant positions by the global student and alumni career center within STARS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY.

How to proceed?

Candidates applying for International Foundation Year (Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies) at STARS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY must provide:
  • Certificate of secondary education;
  • The passport;
  • Photo 3х4;
  • Motivation letter;
  • One of the international certificates in English language proficiency with IELTS 5.0 / TOEFL 59 / CEFR B1 / Pearson PTE 35;
Candidates applying directly to the second year of STARS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY must provide:
  • Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies or equivalent;
  • Passing an internal math test (SAT or equivalent – pass mark 50%);
  • The passport;;
  • Photo 3х4;
  • Motivation letter;
  • One of the international certificates in English language proficiency with IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 79 / CEFR B2 / Pearson PTE 51;

Based on the negotiations and a memorandum signed with the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, from September 2021, STARS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY is launching a British national school program in computer literacy and information technology in schools in Uzbekistan.

The uniqueness of this additional education to the school curriculum will be that school graduates, along with state certificates, will be awarded with “Level 2 Award” (UK) – the equivalent of an international general certificate of secondary education (IGCSE), TOEFL international certificate (US), as well as SAT (US).
